Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Maids of New Jersey. By booking a service, accessing our website, or engaging with our company, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Maids of New Jersey provides residential cleaning services in designated service areas within New Jersey. Services are provided based on the package selected at the time of booking.

All services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by law, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate conduct, or misrepresentation of service needs.

2. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked through our approved booking system.

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

We accept approved payment methods listed on our website. By submitting payment, you authorize Maids of New Jersey to charge the agreed amount.

If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

3. Pricing

Pricing is based on the information provided at booking, including property size, condition, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and selected add-ons.

If the condition of the property differs materially from what was represented at booking, we reserve the right to:

• Adjust pricing before service begins
• Modify the scope of service
• Decline service

Upfront pricing is provided based on standard assumptions of maintenance-level cleanliness unless a deep clean is selected.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the scheduled service price.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100 percent of the scheduled service price.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen operational issues.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If our team cannot access the property upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the applicable fee.

Clients must secure pets and ensure a safe working environment.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Remove clutter to allow surfaces to be cleaned
• Disclose any hazardous conditions
• Inform us of fragile, high-value, or delicate items
• Provide accurate information during booking

We are not responsible for damage resulting from unstable, improperly secured, or pre-damaged items.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We may, at our discretion, return to address specific areas of concern. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.
